The CLOUD 7_B chandelier belongs to the CLOUDS collection. Lamps from this series are inspired by the natural lightness of clouds. The soft, rounded and irregular shapes of the glass shades resemble small clouds suspended in a warm summer sky. The CLOUD 7_B model consists of seven shades – four larger and three smaller – arranged in a light horizontal composition. Each of them is gently illuminated from within. Light spreads across the milky surface of the glass, revealing its texture and soft colour transitions. As a result, the chandelier provides pleasant, diffused illumination while maintaining an almost sculptural presence. CLOUD shades are made from hand-formed glass coloured in the mass. This gives their surface a distinctive character – subtle streaks, gentle abrasions and irregular colour transitions. This effect is possible only through traditional hand-crafted glassmaking. Like other Gie El products, the CLOUD 7_B chandelier is made to order in Poland. Each piece is therefore slightly different. It is designed for interiors where lighting serves both as a source of light and as a striking element of spatial composition.
