The MESH collection is a visionary series of modern chandeliers composed of an organic-shaped mesh. The characteristic, theatrical illumination of the mesh creates an incredible play of light and subtly illuminates the room with the light emanating from within.
The MESH chandelier series was designed by the design duo Maria and Jacek Rypuła, the founders of the Gie El brand. The designers reached for the steel mesh material, inspired by its possibilities and its sculptural nature. They saw creative potential in the material, allowing for innovative work, resulting in the MESH collection: visionary, fairytale-like, evoking shapes found in the natural world.
The Golden MESH 1 chandelier is a free composition of organic forms made of steel mesh. The mesh is made of a copper, zinc, and phosphorus alloy. It’s worth noting that all MESH chandeliers are produced in Poland on a small scale, making each piece unique. Each one is a result of craftsmanship and the creators’ emotions.
The MESH 1 chandelier introduces an artistic spirit into interiors. The reference to natural forms is distinctive and clear in this modern collection. Vertical, elongated shapes create organic structures, and the play of light and shadow is a valuable aspect of this product.
The combination of soft, enveloping light with the seemingly raw mesh creates a harmonious duo. Gie El designers combine unexpected materials and focus on developing forms that are infused with emotions.
