COLORS is an expressive composition that appears to blend elements which seemingly clash – shapes, colours, dots, speckles – yet together they radiate joy and form a harmonious, uplifting creation. The COLORS chandelier is a wink to its viewer, a playful twist on convention, a delightful rebellion against the ordinary. It’s a luminous explosion of colour and emotion.
Like every piece in the ONE AND ONLY series, COLORS is made from hand-formed glass shades, whose unique shapes and pigments are impossible to recreate. Dreamed up in the creative process by Maria and Jacek Rypuła, designers and founders of Gie El, this work tells a story all its own.
The chandelier is finished with meticulous attention to detail and suspended on cables sheathed in fabric chosen to complement its character. Although the COLORS composition is precisely designed, elements such as the chandelier’s height, ceiling mounting method, and canopy colour can be tailored to your needs. Hence the three-week lead time for completion.
