The SIMPLE lighting collection, to which the honey-colored NEO III pendant lamp belongs, is a series of glass pendant lamps with a minimalist form and interesting color shades. SIMPLE has been designed in the spirit of classic simplicity, but it is enriched with a wide range of colors and sizes. The glass NEO III pendant lamp is inspired by a simple and distinct, geometric shape. Its hallmark is the unconventional, warm honey color. NEO III is the longest lamp in the NEO family, which also includes smaller models: NEO I and NEO II. The simple form combined with the honey-like, almost amber hue creates a unique, warm composition of the pendant lamp. The product is complemented by a black textile cord and a black metal bulb cover.

The honey-colored NEO III pendant lamp is handmade by Polish glassmakers based on Gie El’s original design. Each shade is marked with the brand’s logo, which signifies the authenticity of the product. The process of creating the logo is extremely interesting. Immediately after blowing the shade into the wooden mold, molten glass is applied to a fragment of it. In this soft mass with the consistency of liquid honey, the glassmaker manually imprints the brand’s logo with a steel stamp. This round symbol with two company letters “g” and “l” is not only a brand identifier but also an interesting compositional accent.

The NEO III pendant lamp does not overwhelm its surroundings. It has been designed to stylistically complement the interiors in which it is placed. Like a supporting actor, it harmonizes perfectly with the beauty of the whole. The transparent, amber glass showcases the interior of the lamp and allows the light to spread freely throughout the room, giving it a warm hue.
