The turquoise ANGEL table lamp is part of the OCEAN lighting collection—a collection that is plastic, impenetrable, and painterly, just like ocean water. The air bubbles submerged in turquoise glass add lightness to the glass elements, and the fine specks create a unique story of ocean currents.
The turquoise ANGEL table lamp is a product with a timeless, elegant, and subtle form. Graceful and slightly slender. Charming in its turquoise color, eye-catching. The sensitive eye will surely notice the reflections that form on the surface of the lamp. It will perceive different color intensities, which gradiently dissolve in various parts of the glass. The mesmerizing turquoise color is the result of using a special pigment. It produces incredible visual effects in the form of air bubbles submerged in the glass itself. In each specimen, they are arranged differently, with varying intensity, sometimes larger, sometimes smaller. This phenomenon is characteristic of handmade production.
The composition of the turquoise ANGEL table lamp is complemented by a large, elongated lampshade. The lampshade is made of fabric in a light color. The designer character of the product is evident in the black cord inside the lamp. In the pursuit of choosing the highest quality details, the cord used is a textile-braided cord.
The turquoise ANGEL table lamp, like all Gie El products, is entirely made in Poland on request. The glass base of the lamp is handcrafted by glassmakers who have been cultivating their craft for generations. The time to create the glass base is several hours. It is a time when work begins with molten glass until the moment when, after removing the shade from the annealing furnace, it undergoes mechanical processing. Then, the lamp is manually assembled with a delicate lampshade and electrical equipment. Each specimen of this lamp goes through the hands of a craftsman, and each lamp is unique.
