The SHINGLE medium pendant lamp is handmade in Poland. The wood undergoes an initial process of splitting, resulting in individual shingle boards that acquire a natural, slightly curved shape as they dry. Each shingle is then manually Wybierzed and coated on both sides with natural wax for preservation, while also highlighting its natural texture. In the final stage, the boards are assembled according to the proprietary design of Maria and Jacek Rypuła – architects and founders of Gie El – and equipped with electrical components.
