Steel objects, suspended on thin wires, tell the story of leaves falling and swirling in the wind. The golden PORTAL is a modern chandelier that dramatically changes its form depending on the viewer’s point of observation. Steel objects change their position with gusts of wind, creating a constantly new composition. The lamp’s form resembles a mesmerizing dance of butterflies over an autumn meadow. The sculptural character of the PORTAL lamp is meant to stimulate the viewer’s imagination. The geometric objects that make up the chandelier are precisely laser-cut from thin, brass. The unconventional combination of black and bold brass creates a stunning color composition. The light placed in the canopy brings out countless shades of orange, brass, bronze, and gold from the material, creating different color facets of the PORTAL chandelier depending on the lighting source. The golden PORTAL chandelier, like other Gie El products, is made to order and is entirely produced in Poland. It aims to evoke emotions because it is created from emotions: the emotions of designers, craftsmen, and others involved in its creation.
