The VILINE chandelier is part of the unique, sculptural lighting collection ELEMENTS. All chandeliers in this series depict the fleeting nature of vegetation in a modern, raw rendition. Steel objects, suspended on thin wires, tell the story of leaves falling and swirling in the wind. Like autumn leaves shimmering in the sun, the rusty VILINE reveals its beauty. Imaginative objects covered with natural rust create the impression of levitating in the air, gently undulating in the wind, forming a slightly different composition each time. The rust-covered steel reflects light and exhibits a captivating play of colors in gold and copper. This effect is achieved through collaboration with nature. The color of the chandelier is a conscious decision by the designers. The steel elements are laser-cut, bent, and then exposed to atmospheric conditions. After the appropriate time, the surface is protected with a clear coating, ensuring that the chandelier does not crumble and remains clean. The deep black visible in the canopy of the chandelier aims to emphasize the natural color of rust and bring out its most beautiful aspects. The VILINE rust chandelier, like other Gie El products, is made to order and entirely manufactured in Poland. It is the culmination of the work of both designers and craftsmen. Rusty elements are manually threaded onto steel cables attached to the continuous canopy, serving as the light source.
