The sounds of seagulls harmonize with the rustling of grass swaying in the wind. The UNDER collection was born from a fascination with water and its mysterious world. Designers envisioned an underwater life full of harmony and rounded forms. They created a serene color palette where air bubbles and light intertwine, creating picturesque light reflections.

The UNDER_C chandelier is a proposal for individuals with heightened sensitivity seeking unique furnishing elements for their interior. It not only beautifully complements the space but also stands out as an eye-catching accent that delicately fits into its surroundings. It accentuates the essence of light and the delicacy of form. The uniqueness of the lamp becomes apparent as the light begins to fill the room, imparting it with a picturesque character. Glass shades are a distinctive element of Gie El chandeliers, as is their handcrafted nature. The production of these shades involves foundry furnaces heated to temperatures of a thousand degrees. The hot glass is blown and shaped into organic, rounded forms, each being unique.

Gie El designers recommend using warm-toned bulbs. The color scheme of the shades complements such light color. This fusion of glass and light creates a tailored composition. “What we paid attention to and what was challenging in creating the UNDER collection was how the light emerges from within the shade,” say Maria and Jacek Rypuła, designers and founders of the Gie El brand. “Our experience working with light translates into seeking new forms and their compositions with light. We focus on how light behaves within the interior, the interaction it establishes. UNDER is a subtle composition that, beyond its sculptural character, fully unleashes its potential when the chandelier lights up,” add the creators.
