The BIRD pendant lamp is the most recognizable model of the Gie El brand. The entire collection of BIRDS lamps and chandeliers takes its name from this lamp, whose design is enclosed in the geometry of broken planes and the dynamic form of triangles. Modern BIRD lamps are like birds captured mid-flight, simultaneously harmonious and dynamic, incredibly plastic. They evoke emotions and create a theater of light and shadow, unfolding on the surface of the lamps and in the space they inhabit.

The black BIRD I pendant lamp with its characteristic elongated side is like the little black dress in the brand’s wardrobe—a basic model full of chic and modern elegance that will harmonize well with most interiors. It is plastic and harmonious, but definitely far from being ordinary.

The modern form of the lamp, exposing the light bulb, allows for the use of decorative variants. For this model, we recommend using an “Edison” type bulb with a visible filament, which will further emphasize the character of the lamp and the play of light.

The black BIRD I lamp, like all other Gie El products, has been designed and manufactured entirely in Poland. Each individual lamp is laser-cut from a sheet of thin metal, subjected to bending, lacquering, and then manually assembled with the appropriate electrical equipment. Each specimen of the BIRD I lamp is laser-marked with the Gie El logo, attesting to the authenticity of the product and emphasizing the commitment to detail.
