Part of the OCEAN lighting collection, of which the HORN pendant lamp is a part, it is artistic, impenetrable, and painterly, just like ocean water. Air bubbles submerged in turquoise glass add lightness to the glass shades, and fine specks create a unique story about ocean currents. The chandeliers and lamps from the OCEAN series beautifully allow light to create picturesque reflections in the interior.

The turquoise HORN pendant lamp is a free, elongated form delicately curved and flared at the bottom. The lamp’s color deserves special attention: turquoise and impenetrable. Air bubbles and dark specks submerged in the glass shade are typical of this color and the pigment used in the lamp’s production. They give the lamp an oceanic character.

The process of manufacturing the glass HORN pendant lamp is extremely interesting. It all begins at the red-hot glass furnaces, where the liquid glass takes shape at a temperature of a thousand degrees. Nearby, on a metal console in small trays, pigments are laid out. The spectacle begins. The glassmaker, using a long blowpipe, takes the liquid glass and skillfully rolls it in the pigment. Once again, the blowpipe lands in the furnace for a moment, and then the glassmaker, like a virtuoso, plays his repertoire. He blows the glass bubble and shapes it into this product. Before it can be further processed, it must spend a few hours in a lower-temperature furnace for the glass to rest.

The HORN pendant lamp, like all products in the OCEAN collection, is entirely made in Poland by talented glassmakers. This makes each lamp a beautiful and unique piece.
