GENIUS 5 is a large, modern chandelier comprised of over 50 individual mountain crystals of varying sizes. Each stone is suspended on a thin thread wrapped in yarn. The chandelier’s composition was crafted to have the crystals hanging freely and organically in space.

GENIUS 5 chandelier is a product born out of admiration for the natural mountain crystal. A beautiful material that forms a unique symbiosis with light.
Designer Maria Rypuła saw the potential in this raw stone and decided to create a product involving it, aimed at enriching interiors. ‘When I first laid eyes on the raw form of this stone, I was drawn to its natural shape. Unprocessed, irregular, wild. Each one different. I thought it was an intriguing product. However, when I shone the light from my smartphone’s flashlight onto it, I was speechless. It was like a culinary fusion of two ingredients. Both good individually, but their combined taste was remarkably surprising. The same was true for the combination of light and crystal. The way light penetrates the mountain crystal is hypnotic. I knew we were in for an incredible challenge in creating a modern chandelier.’
GENIUS 5 has a large, elongated form designed for spaces that demand exceptional detail and an attractive, spatial composition. Its rectangular layout predisposes this chandelier to places like above an impressive dining table or in hotel and restaurant lobbies. Its purpose is to impress, set the mood, and introduce soft, enveloping light into spaces.
The crystals used in the chandelier are genuine gemstones. They have an organic form, meaning each of them has a different shape, size, and degree of translucency. Some stones are perfectly smooth and resemble pure ice, while others are matte and mysterious. Their internal structure influences the way light is emitted. The suspended stones in the chandelier shine like a starry sky, some brighter, some softer. For enthusiasts of nature and true beauty.
The chandelier has two separate light sources. Ambient light, which influences emotions and creates an atmosphere within the interior, emanates from inside the crystals. The second light source comprises small LED bulbs installed in the ceiling, emitting exceptional luminosity. Both light sources can be used simultaneously or separately. There’s also an option for dimmable LED bulbs in the ceiling, enabling precise control of light intensity within the interior.
